Conn. Apple Store flooded
App. Store Flooded – Literally
GREENWICH, Conn.
Cleaning crews caused the flooding of an Apple store in Connecticut after accidentally damaging a sprinkler head in the retail shop. The damaged sprinkler head set off a fire suppression system which sent water flying through the store.
Fire officials say Tuesday’s accident caused damage to electronics and fixtures in the store. Building officials did grant permission to reopen the store Thursday but the doors stayed closed as work continued inside.
